Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken breast or thigh, cut into 1" pieces
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar (or ACV)
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 c greek yogurt
- 2 tbs dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pita bread, tzatziki, feta, parsley, salad, etc. for serving
Tools
- Large bowl
- Skewers if grilling, nonstick skillet if pan frying
Directions
- Mix the yogurt with all other ingredients in a bowl, marinate the bite-sized chicken in the fridge for 4 hours (ok up to 24).
- Sweker the chicken and grill for 2 min on high on each side, OR drain chicken on paper towel and fry in a skillet over medium-high heat until brown and cooked through.
- Serve in warm pitas with salad, tzatziki, etc.
