Directions

  1. Mix the yogurt with all other ingredients in a bowl, marinate the bite-sized chicken in the fridge for 4 hours (ok up to 24).
  2. Sweker the chicken and grill for 2 min on high on each side, OR drain chicken on paper towel and fry in a skillet over medium-high heat until brown and cooked through.
  3. Serve in warm pitas with salad, tzatziki, etc.
